I have never had to hire a catering company from afar but we were renting a VRBO with my large family last week and wanted to have a few nights worth of meals covered without having to leave. We came across Chef B and gave it a shot. It was such a great decision. The food was phenomenal! Their BBQ is top notch. Visiting Ft Lauderdale beach from North Carolina our standards were high but Chef B nailed it! We also ordered a salmon and flank steak dish for other days that were to die for. He clearly is an expert in flavor and the presentation was great too! We highly recommend!

I just completed a fitness challenge during which I had to comply with a strict Paleo diet and he customized all of my meals so that I could stay compliant. Chef B has truly enhanced our lives. Both of us working and neither one feels like cooking. Which meant, calling out for fast food and you know what happens! We are now eating fresh, flavorful (the sauces are so so good) dinners. My husband’s blood sugar (he’s a diabetic) has stabilized to a consistent number and I’ve lost just about 15 lbs. All meals show the nutritional label which makes smart choices so easy. But there is the macaroni and cheese that I would love to try….maybe after another 10 lbs, I’ll go for it. I have tried any number of meal delivery services. Meals By Chef B is the best so far. The meals are delicious and flavorful. No bland tasteless dishes. Unlike some other plans, you have the choice of old favorites and new selections each week to choose between. You can personalize keto choices or other diet plans, or just go with what you like. You can order as many meals as you want as opposed to committing to a set number each week. I also love the fact that you can order lunch size portions or dinner portions and even kids meals. You can also change some sides or choose zoodles instead of noodles with some dishes. The flexibility is a wonderful feature of Chef B’s which I have not found with other meal plans. Meals are delivered fresh weekly by a friendly delivery person. This plan has the most variety, the best value and tasty variety. I’m hooked!

Best pre cooked food delivery service out there! I’ve tried other services in the past, but ChefB beats them all. They are a little more pricey then their competitors but definitely worth it for the quality, flavor and portion of the food. They list their Macros on their food/website, which is great when trying to count Macros, and their portion size fits the description… when they say you get 8oz of steak… you get 8oz of steak (I weighed it myself). I typically get 2 Dinner portions for an entire day of eating, and my girlfriend can make 1 dinner portion last 2-3 days. Another great thing is that they change their menu every week with many options to choose from.

The food is super. I enjoy every meal I order.

There have been times I “thought” I placed my order when in reality, I forgot to send it in. I’ve never been left hungry. Mandi and Chef have send food to me as they know that I especially enjoy fish.

I am very pleased with my experience with Meals By Chef B! The staff has been very friendly and helpful answering my questions and concerns before placing my first order.

Two things I noticed immediately on delivery. The portions were much larger than I expected based on my previous provider, and it was delivered in an environmentally friendly bag vs the incredible amount of waist involved to keep a box colds for several days as it travels across the country from the company I had been using.

Then I had my first meal, and I was hooked! It is a little bit more expensive than I had been paying the national firm, but everything mentioned above makes it absolute worth it. I also like the fact that is is NOT a national company, but a small business. Oh – and did I mention the delivery driver was also very friendly. I believe he works for them rather just a delivery service the other company used. It just had the feel that it came from their house to mine.

So I’m very happy.

Glad I found Chef B. This was my first time ordering from a home meal delivery service and I was very impressed. The Chicken Parm was delicious and the portions were huge. If I were to cook it at home, I would end up spending more money on ingredients than it cost me to order it from Chef B. I think the Chicken Parm was $14 for the dinner portion and it was enough to completely fill 2 people. Same with the korean chicken thighs… it fed 2 of us and I still had leftovers for a snack.
I can see this as a good alternative to take out and I don’t have the skill set or desire to prepare meals of this caliber. 5 stars! Will order again next week.

It’s very difficult to find a home chef who knows what special tastes everyone likes. Bryan had me figured out just by talking to me. Perfect meals the way I like it. Good size portions, fresh, delivered in a timely fashion. Why do I need to wait in a restaurant and get served by someone who doesn’t know me? I do not like waiting to get seated especially during snowbird season where the wait can be almost an hour. Chef B meals change by the week and the way he adds his special touch is unreal. “Sell the problem you’re solving, not the product” Sara Blakely. This couldn’t ring more true w/ Meals by Chef B. The problem – my husband and I both work, we recently had a baby, and we have no time to cook food..let alone go to the grocery store. Sure we could food prep over the weekend but who wants to spend their two days off dealing with crowds at the grocery store or spending time indoors in the kitchen? When I learned about Meals by Chef B, I literally thought it was too good to be true. Not only is the food insanely delicious, but the pricing is extremely reasonable, they deliver, and the only preparation needed is to turn on the microwave or heat up the oven! The hardest part is choosing what to order and if you order several meals, what do you eat first?!?! Good thing is the food is good up to 5 days so it’s very possible to order a whole week’s worth and not worry about it going bad. Also – their selection is perfect! We were able to chose a meal for both my husband and my mother – both who are quite picky but on different ends of the spectrum. My husband still talks about their brisket (which we ordered over a month ago) and my mom is still raving about the spaghetti and meatballs! I literally could go on and on but I want to stop the review here so you can go order and experience how awesome it is for yourself! Just tried it today and so far its delicious!! We are on specific food plans in our home and the foods we picked fit beautifully into our food plan. Grilled chicken, brisket, asparagus, sweet potato fries. All delicious. Will definitely order again!! So nice to have it delivered!!

I work for a local fire department. we recieved a phone call the other day from this catering service we didn’t know. they would be delivering lunch to us next shift. they sent us a smoked and BBQ lunch that was more than the 7 of us could eat with everything… salad, chicken, pork, vegetables and rice, even fresh home made cookies. Food is healthy and fresh! They have a huge variety to choose from and the food is packaged and labelled perfectly! Oh and the Balsamic Aoli Chicken is amazing!

Hey this post is long over due, Chef Bryan is the best. I have had the opportunity to work for him over the past couple years at his home and his business as well. His kitchen is always clean and well organized. I have also had the opportunity to see deliveries of produce and supplies delivered on some instances and i can tell you the quality is excellent, and fresh….It is very difficult to work sometimes because the aromas coming from the kitchen when meals are being prepared fills the entire building and they just make you want to eat that delicious food…Yes I said delicious Chef B thanks for the many dishes you gave me samples of i truly enjoyed them.

Chef B meals are great whether you are eating low carb, keto, paleo, or anything you want. Great variety in portion sizes – lunch, dinner, meal prep, family size, etc. Very flavorful and love that they deliver!

Chef B has changed our lives. First, the food is amazing. He takes pride in all his meals, a real perfectionist. He will always accommodate a food request or allergy. I even have lost over 10 pounds because Chef B will customize for healthy options. His wife Mandi is a doll, they make an excellent team.

Chef B created an amazing menu for our birthday party this past weekend and everyone raved about the food, so delicious! We didn’t think each course could get better and it did, amazing job!

Chef B recently catered a private dinner event for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. We stayed at a rented house in Lake Worth, and even though, I had no clue as to what the house would provide or where anything was in the house, he handled every situation professionally and with charisma. He cooked a divine three course meal, from the delicious and delicate hors d’oeuvres, to a beautiful vibrant beet and goat cheese salad, and then two scrumptious entree options of freshly caught grouper and beef tenderloin, the ladies felt like royalty as we were eating. This menu was catered to what the bride to be loves to eat, and he totally hit the nail on the head. She loved it! The food was colorful and so appealing, not to mention mouthwatering and delicious too! When you’re on vacation, cooking should be the last thing on your mind. Bryan was so helpful from the start of planning at 4 weeks out to day of. We did not have to put any thought or lift a finger. He went above and beyond for our group. It truly was such a treat and I would recommend with flying colors.

Chef B paid attention to all the details we specified about our diet, it was very nice for my family and I to have a great tasting meal ready at our convenience after a long day at work.

We had the pleasure of Bryan Williams cooking for us at my bachelorette party. I’ve never seen a presentation more beautiful, and I’ve never had food more delicious. Everything he prepared was unique and made with the finest ingredients. If I travel back to Florida, I will definitely request his amazing culinary talents. Since I have been home, I’ve been bragging about this dinner, and it made my bachelorette party so much more special and unique. He is an absolute treat to have as a culinary Chef!!

Meals by chef b has impacted My life for the better in more ways than one. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder accompanying resistant candidiasis & gut dysbiosis. I could barely get up to do much of anything, even to taking a shower took great effort and exhausted me completely. I was unable to prepare food, much less shop and cook the specific foods I needed to adhere to my anti inflammatory diet (which included none of my favorite foods). I had NO idea how I ever going to heal when most delivery services had many preservatives & ingredients that were off limits!! THANK GOD I came across Meals by chef B. This service totally met me where I was at showing compassion and customization to my meal plan!! After a few months of stellar nutrition and probiotics, I began to feel stronger and more functional. In my next doctor visit I received the new blood work which (FREAKING DRUM ROLL…)showed I had completed reversed all antibody indicators & everything was in its NORMAL RANGE!!! I received a Chef B delivery for a birthday gift….and it was the best gift ever!
I was sooooo tired of cooking during the pandemic and this was a welcome and delicious break.  I was so impressed that I have continued ordering…the good thing is it is not a subscription service, no need to commit. Though once you try it you’ll be hooked…  I dream of the cauliflower mac’n cheese.  These are restaurant quality meals (actually better than most!) with the added bonus of being able to kick back and enjoy at home.

I ordered the filet mignon, thinking that reheating it might be problematic
But I followed the directions and it came out perfectly.

I was introduced to Meals by Chef B from my local gym and I must say I am so happy I was! I have not been disappointed once by any of the meals I have received. The food is fresh, delicious and there is a new list of specials each week that are always amazing. The variety of options is a huge plus for my family. This is by far the best company I have purchased pre-made meals from.

I was recommended the meal service by Chef B my colleagues who have an had excellent experience with them.

My husband and I have been ordering from them for 3 weeks now and it makes our lives so much easier. We have loved pretty much every meal.

We love to cook but just lack the time and energy, and with the pandemic, we try not to go to the grocery stores as often so we can’t always have fresh produce to cook with. We ended up eating out at restaurants multiple meals a day and spending a ton of money. We started ordering from Chef B’s. They offer large portions and most meals are pretty healthy (even if we have a semi-unhealthy meal, it’s still better than what we were eating before!). We have ordered breakfast, snacks and dinner. We like the dinners the most, and I order some lunch portions for lunch or sometimes order dinner to split into lunch and dinner because they are so big.

Delivery occurs Sundays, usually first thing in the morning for us. We haven’t had an issue with any order so far.

I absolutely love everything we have tried by the chef and have even turned a couple of friends on to it. I have been doing keto on and off for years and the preparation is what always makes me give up. I’m the worst!
