A Lovely Sweet and Spicy dish here just Booming with great flavors and textures. Chef puts his twist on a Shanghai classic starting with wok-fried rice Noodles, fresh veggie stir-fry, and finishes it off with Sliced, tender Filet Mignon!
The Filet is Grilled then glazed with hoisin sauce (Kind of a sweet Asian BBQ type sauce if you’re not familiar). Finished med-rare and sliced up ready to be eaten easily along with your fully-loaded plate of Noodles!
(Chef garnishes the dish with Korean Chili Sauce which spices things up a notch! Don’t like Spicy? There is an option to modify and leave it off)
