Chef pairs this with a Smashed potato side, which is Similar to a mashed potato. With the Exception he uses Ricotta and Touch of Parmesan and then Bakes to just give it some extra depth and Toastiness. The Corn Relish is super Tasty and Well paired with The Rich, comforting Protein and Side dish.
