Sweet & Sour Seared Diver Scallops
GLUTEN FREEDiver Scallops are Seared on High Heat in Cast Iron Pans to really develop a nice Sear. Sweet and Sour Peppers are lightly Sautéed along with Caramelized Onions then deglazed with Vinegar and Finished with house Thai Chili Sauce. They are slightly tart and sweet at the same time giving the dish lots of added flavor and texture.
