Chef B’s Pecan Crusted Sea Bass is an all season dish with delightful textures. This dish feels like a home made Italian Dish! Pleasantly Light yet filling, a lightly toasted Pecan Crusted Baked Sea Bass is served over our house Mediterranean pasta.
Chef’s Mediterranean Pasta features Orzo pasta tossed gently in a house red wine vinaigrette. Studded with a variety of fresh herbs, mozzarella, tomatoes, and roasted garlic it is light yet flavor packed.
This dish is good hot or cold.
Chef’s recommendation is removing the Seabass and putting in a toaster oven for 5-7 min (350-400) and serving the pasta as a cold side dish especially during these hot and humid Florida months.
