The Prime Rib is rested to room temp, Chef B then Fires it into his Smoking Hot Convection oven, Caramelizing all the Edges which Creates an amazing Salty Herb Crust!  Paired with Rosemary Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin and our house Jus made with Cabernet, mirepoix, House Veal Stock and pan juices along side our Gourmet Creamy Horseradish Sauce!

**For Clients  Desiring a More Done Steak – Chef Recommends pouring a bit of the Jus on top when heating in the microwave or oven.  Heating it 1:30 min initially, then in 45 Second intervals thereafter until desired Temp is reached (In the Microwave).  Oven heating – preheat to 350, transfer to a baking dish, and allow 8 min until fully warmed.  Then keep in for an additional 3-5 min for medium / medium well.**
