**For Clients Desiring a More Done Steak – Chef Recommends pouring a bit of the Jus on top when heating in the microwave or oven. Heating it 1:30 min initially, then in 45 Second intervals thereafter until desired Temp is reached (In the Microwave). Oven heating – preheat to 350, transfer to a baking dish, and allow 8 min until fully warmed. Then keep in for an additional 3-5 min for medium / medium well.**
