Classic Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Sea Salt and Whole Spice Flaked Crust.  Chef Takes such Great Care Cooking the Rib at less than 200 Degrees Overnight to ensure the Proteins Stay Relaxed and the Meat Retains all its Juice.

The Rib is rested to room temp, Chef B then Fires it into his Smoking Hot Convection oven to Caramelize all the Edges and Create an amazing Salty Herb Crust!  Served up with a Baked Potato and All the Fixins!

Included with each meal will be Chef’s Creamy Horseradish Sauce, Natural Reduction of Roasting Jus (Au Jus made from our house Bone Broth Stock), Sour cream and Butter for the Potato.

*Chef Hand Cuts Each Steak 1.5-2 Inches, weighting Between 10-14 ounces, Uber Value with this Plate For Sure!  Family Orders will Be sliced equal in weight X 5 but thinner in order to fit for Better Packaging*

*Rib will be On the Rare/Medium Rare side to ensure it’s at it’s best for heating at home.  I

**For Clients  Desiring a More Done Steak, Chef Recommends pouring a bit of the Jus on top when heating in the microwave or oven.  Cooking it 1:30 min initially, then in 45 Second intervals thereafter until desired Temp is reached (In the Microwave).  For Oven heating make sure your oven is preheated to 350, transfer to a baking dish, and allow 8 min until fully warmed, then keep in for an additional 3-5 min for medium / medium well**
