Chef B recently catered a private dinner event for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. We stayed at a rented house in Lake Worth, and even though, I had no clue as to what the house would provide or where anything was in the house, he handled every situation professionally and with charisma. He cooked a divine three course meal, from the delicious and delicate hors d’oeuvres, to a beautiful vibrant beet and goat cheese salad, and then two scrumptious entree options of freshly caught grouper and beef tenderloin, the ladies felt like royalty as we were eating. This menu was catered to what the bride to be loves to eat, and he totally hit the nail on the head. She loved it! The food was colorful and so appealing, not to mention mouthwatering and delicious too! When you’re on vacation, cooking should be the last thing on your mind.
