Chef takes Chicken Tenderloins and pounds them thin, dusts them lightly in corn starch and house seasoning. Pan seared to a crisp then finished simmering in a caramelized mushroom Sauce. Where Madeira wine is reduced with house beef stock and natural pan juices. Topped with asparagus, melted Mozzarella and Roasted Leek Ribbons for a lighter low-carb finish.
