Fall off the bone Slow roasted pork shoulder, pulled then tossed in our house mojo citrus reduction to finish slowly in the oven. Paired with a latin staple of aromatic black beans and steamed rice. Garnished with caramelized ripe plantains and an extra ladle of juice for good measure 😉
