House Wasabi Aioli
Chef’s House made Wasabi Aioli:
A simple blend of Fresh Wasabi Paste, touch of honey, lime and seasonings along with Chef’s weekly batch of house hand made mayo. It’s creamy but not heavy and ends with a little bite! The perfect dipping sauce for the Tuna Tataki (Sashimi or Seared Tuna and others alike!)
I used to serve this as a dipping sauce for one of our most well recieved hors d’ oeuvres at events – Shrimp En Croute (Marinated Jumbo shrimp wrapped in puff pastry and baked golden brown)! The spice works great with heavy items like savory pastry appetizers and especially light fare. You could even make tartare or ceviche with it! Super versatile and of-course YUMMY, Enjoy!
