Grilled Swordfish w/ Shanghai Rice Noodles

A Lovely Sweet and Spicy dish here just Booming with great flavors and textures.  Chef puts his twist on a Shanghai classic starting with wok-fried rice Noodles, fresh veggie stir-fry, and finishes it off with Grilled Swordfish Steak with Asian Glaze!

The Swordfish Filet is Grilled Medium, then glazed with hoisin sauce (Kind of a sweet Asian BBQ type sauce if you’re not familiar).

(Chef garnishes the dish with Korean Chili Sauce which spices things up a notch!  Don’t like Spicy? No problem, there is an option to modify and leave it off)
