4 Servings Per Container- 3 Bites per serving. Reheat in black dish with lid removed for 1 minute. Test temp and reheat in 30 second increments to desired temp. For best results remove from container and put in oven for 15 mins at 350 or Air Fryer on 350 for 5 minutes.
