Our Sunday route runs all the way up the Treasure Coast. In St. Lucie County we deliver to Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Hutchinson Island, Lakewood Park, River Park, Indian River Estates, White City and St. Lucie Village, and in Indian River County to Vero Beach, Sebastian, Indian River Shores, Fellsmere, Wabasso, Winter Beach, Roseland, Gifford and Oslo.
Cooked in Lantana, driven to you
Meals by Chef B is a family business. Chef Bryan Williams started it in 2016 and writes every recipe himself; his wife Mandi runs the business side. Everything is cooked from scratch in our own commercial kitchen in Lantana, packed Saturday and driven north on Sunday. More about the family behind the food.
What you can order
- Family portions: 4 dinners (8 lunches) in one oven-safe pan — 350°F with the lid cracked
- Single-serve meals across keto, low-carb, gluten-free, dairy-free and gourmet comfort
- A scratch-made kids menu for school nights
- Breakfast, soup and dessert and Chef’s house sauces
How ordering works
- Order by Wednesday at midnight. Build your order from the Chef’s Menu and the Weekly Specials. The minimum is $35.
- We cook Thursday through Saturday. Everything is made from scratch in our commercial kitchen in Lantana — no commissary, no reheated bulk food.
- Saturday morning you get your window. A text and email with a 1.5-hour delivery window, plus a link to track your driver live on Sunday.
- Sunday it lands at your door. Meals keep in the fridge through Friday unless the label says otherwise. Microwave with the lid off, or reheat in an air fryer or oven.
Ways to save
Ordering is week to week with no commitment and a $35 minimum. Subscribers save 5–10% depending on how many meals they order each week. Every order earns rewards points, and teachers, military, veterans and first responders get 10% off. Details are in our FAQs.
Free pickup if you are heading south
If you are coming down to Palm Beach anyway, pickup is free at the kitchen — 522 W. Lantana Rd., Sundays 9am–2pm and Mondays 9am–1pm. Anyone can shop the Grab & Go case during those hours.
