Every Sunday our drivers run north out of Lantana into Martin County. We deliver to Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Sewall’s Point, Port Salerno, North River Shores, Rio, Ocean Breeze Park and Jupiter Island — the same chef-made food that goes out across Palm Beach County, cooked from scratch that same week.
A family kitchen, not a warehouse
Chef Bryan Williams started Meals by Chef B in 2016 out of his garage, and his wife Mandi came on to run the business side. Before that he cooked as a private chef for Palm Beach clients, and ran fine-dining and country club kitchens in Los Angeles before moving to Florida. He still writes every recipe on the menu. Dinner for the whole house
Most meal prep companies stop at single-serve fitness bowls. We cook the way people up here actually eat at home:
- Family portions: 4 dinners (8 lunches) in an oven-safe pan — 350°F with the lid cracked and dinner is handled
- A real kids menu, made from scratch like everything else
- Gourmet comfort next to keto, low-carb, gluten-free and dairy-free options
- Breakfast, soup and dessert plus Chef’s house sauces to round out the week
How the week works in Stuart and Palm City
- Order by Wednesday at midnight. Build your order from the Chef’s Menu and the Weekly Specials. The minimum is $35.
- We cook Thursday through Saturday. Everything is made from scratch in our commercial kitchen in Lantana — no commissary, no reheated bulk food.
- Saturday morning you get your window. A text and email with a 1.5-hour delivery window, plus a link to track your driver live on Sunday.
- Sunday it lands at your door. Meals keep in the fridge through Friday unless the label says otherwise. Microwave with the lid off, or reheat in an air fryer or oven.
Down our way on a Sunday?
Pickup at the kitchen is free: Sundays 9am–2pm and Mondays 9am–1pm at 522 W. Lantana Rd., corner of Lantana and Broadway, the grey building — park in back. Worth knowing if you are already heading down to Palm Beach that weekend. The Grab & Go case is open to anyone during those hours, usually with extra chef-made meals at a discount.
Ways to save
Ordering is week to week with no commitment and a $35 minimum. Subscribers save 5–10% depending on how many meals they order each week. Every order earns rewards points, and teachers, military, veterans and first responders get 10% off. Details are in our FAQs.
