Meals by Chef B started in Palm Beach County, and it’s still home. Our kitchen and storefront are in Lantana, and every Sunday our drivers head out to West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Greenacres, Loxahatchee and the rest of the county.
A local, family-run kitchen
Chef Bryan Williams started Meals by Chef B in 2016, and his wife Mandi soon joined to run the business side. Before that, Bryan was a private chef for Palm Beach clients, and before that he ran fine-dining and country club kitchens in Los Angeles. Today he still writes every recipe, and our team cooks everything from scratch in Lantana. Meet the family behind the food.
Dinner for the whole family, not just one person
A lot of meal prep companies stop at single-serve fitness bowls. We cook for households:
- Family portions: 4 dinners (8 lunches) in an oven-safe pan. Heat at 350°F with the lid cracked and dinner is done
- A real kids menu made from scratch like everything else
- Gourmet comfort alongside keto, low-carb, gluten-free and dairy-free options
- Breakfast, soup and dessert and Chef’s house sauces to round out the week
Delivery or free pickup
- Order by Wednesday at midnight. Pick your meals from the Chef’s Menu and the Weekly Specials. The minimum order is $35.
- We cook from scratch. Everything is prepared in our commercial kitchen in Lantana.
- We deliver Sunday. On Saturday morning you get a text and email with a 1.5-hour delivery window, plus a link to track your driver live on Sunday.
- Heat and eat all week. Meals keep in the fridge through Friday unless the label says otherwise. Take the lid off for the microwave, or reheat in an air fryer or oven.
If you’re close to Lantana, pickup is free: Sundays 9am–2pm and Mondays 9am–1pm at 522 W. Lantana Rd. (corner of Lantana and Broadway, the grey building; park in back). If it’s raining, call us and we’ll bring your order out to the car. Anyone can stop by the Grab & Go case during those hours for extra chef-made meals, often discounted.

Ways to save
Ordering is week to week with no commitment and a $35 minimum. Subscribers save 5–10% depending on how many meals they order each week. Every order earns rewards points. Teachers, military, veterans and first responders get 10% off. Details are in our FAQs.
