Chef B’s (In House) Atlantic Salmon and Poached Egg is a perfect Breakfast or Lunch Item for you Salmon Lovers.  Chef has been curing and smoking Salmon for well over a decade now, what has started off as a hobby, has now made it to the Menu for all to try!

Chef B Takes a Mixture of Sea Salt, Spices, Herbs,, Lemon Peel and makes a Curing Mixture to set the stage.  After a several day process of curing the Filet it is time for the smoker!  Chef cold smokes his Salmon with a Blend of Aromatic hardwood pellets for up to 6 Hours which puts the finishing touches on a Multi-layered Flavor Packed Classic!

Over a bed of Organic Spinach, along with Fresh Red Onion and Capers, Chef pairs a Poached egg.  Which is just lovely Cold or lightly heated and can act like a salad dressing or Dipping Sauce for the Salmon or Maybe a freshly toasted Slice of Bread or Bagel Should you be so Inclined 🙂

This dish is perfect for Keto, Paleo or Low Carb Clients, Packed with Protein and extra Healthy fats from the Salmon and Egg Combo!

  • Chef B would like to remind clients that poached eggs are classically runny, and if you would like a more cooked egg to enjoy with the Salmon please remove it from the dish first and heat / cook the egg a little further as to your liking
