Minimum of 3 Portobello (per order) Marinated with Southwest spices and Seared to perfection along with sweet bell peppers, caramelized onions and poblanos. Accompanied by all the fixings – Saffron Spanish rice & 4 oz ea of Sour Cream and our House Chimichurri!
This “Platter” in most cases is enough for 2, over a pound of Mushrooms and Fajita veggies in addition to the rice, sauces and tortillas 🙂
Each platter comes with 4 flour tortillas. If you would like corn just request so in notes at checkout for a GLUTEN FREE option. Also don’t forget to add guacamole if you are feeling frisky!
